Faith is an energetic, injury-aware coach passionate about helping people train smart, live pain-free, and feel confident. She specializes in women’s fitness, body recomposition, and performance — backed by a Master’s in Exercise Physiology, NASM certification, and Division I athlete experience. She makes fitness simple, approachable, and fun for clients of all ages.
